What to expect in class.

Each 45-minute class is set to music and built around basic martial arts techniques with a cardio twist. You start with a rhythmic warm-up, move into the main workout on your own heavy bag — where you set your own pace — then wind down with strength work, core exercises, and a full stretch.

Adults only. Workout clothes. Your bag is the only thing that gets hit.
